About

Hi, I’m Marco!

Originally from San Diego, California, I’ve ventured out across the country and am currently a 2nd-year student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). I am pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Industrial Design. Ever since I was a child, I've always been intrigued by how things work and fascinated by the intersection of art and functionality. As I grew older, my passion for tinkering and creating innovative solutions naturally steered me towards the realm of engineering.

Ultimately, my goal is to contribute to the world by designing and developing innovative solutions that have a positive impact on people's lives. The ability to blend aesthetics, functionality, and practicality to create products that resonate with consumers is both challenging and inspiring to me. I believe that the intersection of technology, design, and usability is where true innovation thrives. Whether it's improving daily routines or solving complex societal issues, I am driven to make a meaningful difference through consumer-based product design.

In my free time, you can often find me practicing my sketching skills, reading anything I find enjoyable, or hitting the gym with my friends.
